Here at fitgirlco we help gym girls & beginners to grow their glutes whilst over coming the fear of increasing calories and progressive overload within their training.
We focus on educating our girls the importance of a healthy lifestyle and how it's the key to getting results.
We help build confidence within a gym environment and lifting weights. So whether your a gym girl ready for the next level in your training or a beginner needing to know where to start then your in the right place!
We offer a high level of 1-1 online coaching with personalised tailored workout and nutrition programmes. These are designed and created only for you, your body and goals.
We offer PT sessions in a completely private gym where you can benefit face to face training sessions. Here at fitgirlco, you will have your own personal female coach helping you every step of the way.

"I have grown a passion in health & fitness over the last 5 years through my own personal journey and experience. I wanted to turn that passion into a career and help other girls achieve their goals.
My specialty is to help girls build thier glutes, help you understand the real relationship you should have with food and stear you away from the fear of increasing your calories.
I am positive, kind and understanding and I will listen to any concerns or struggles you may have and help you overcome them.
I've been through ups and downs myself and once dreaded walking into a gym thinking I was doing everything wrong and being judged!
I thought 1,200 calories was enough, the one meal a day and the odd snacks and always stuck on cardio! Now I eat more than ever before, not scared of carbs and increasing calories. I ditched the cardio for weights and only do cardio now when necessary.
Finally at a place where I'm happy with my shape, feeling confident, but always improving. You'll find me in the gym doing a hip thrust, chicken eating or my favourite pizza!"
